We are a Mixed Martial Arts gym located in Forest Hill, MD. We provide martial arts training for ages 4 and up. The owner’s and instructors travel around the World to bring back the latest and best techniques. Whether you want Stress Relief, Physical Fitness, a New Hobby or if you want to Become a Fighter, we have a program for you.

Our Facility
Our 5600 sq. ft. facility is equipped with 5 Thai Bags, 2 Tear Drop Bags, 2 Heavy Bags, and a Wrecking Ball, over 2000 square feet of Dollamur Flexi Roll Mats. We are equipped with conditioning equipment such as Kettlebells, tires and prowler sled.

Facility Cage
We also have a 22 ft. Amateur regulation Cage from Zebra.
